About the Large Oval - Arctic Grayling

This platter is a Czech porcelain fired in the U.K. and is dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe. Text on the platter reads: "‘Thymallus arcticus’  Grayling return in spring to clear cold streams for spawning.  They have sail-like dorsal fins with iridescent spots and are rarer cousins of trout.  The North American Arctic and European (Thymallus thymallus) are similar, with schooling tendencies." This plate is 15 x 11 inches.
