This platter is a Czech porcelain fired in the U.K. and is dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe. Text on the platter reads: "‘Albula vulpes’  Bonefish are small cousins of tarpon, fast and very powerful.  Elusive by nature, easily ‘spooked,’ anglers stalk them in warm waters on shallow tidal flats where they feed mostly on crustaceans, their tails often breaking the surface." This plate is 15 x 11 inches.
