Microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer safe these Czech Porcelain pasta bowls are a the perfect piece for pastas or large dinner salads. The bowls are 12 inches in diameter and taper down to 2 inches in depth. Each bowl is made to sit perfectly on top of a Presentation Plate as well. Text around the plate is as follows: "‘Sciaenops ocellatus’  Red drum so named for the male’s ability to make a drumming sound.  Found in coastal waters from Massachusetts to Mexico.  Adults are known as ‘Bulls.”  The black spot helps fool predators."
